I hope you’ve all been enjoying this incredible season. It’s nice to hear the late summer insect chorus again. While the acorns ripen and begin to drop and farmer’s gardens flourish, I can feel the first faint tinge of autumn whispering on the wind…

Great news! Arbor Vitae Wellness is now seeing veterans covered by their insurance through the VA. Woohoo! Also in this newsletter is a schedule update announcement and more info on the new booking software Optimantra.

I look forward to the months and years ahead for Arbor Vitae Wellness. Massage therapy is a proven method of treatment for many ailments of the body. Along with bodywork, AVW will continue offering Tracking Club starting later this fall, and new space and opportunities are on the horizon with programs, healing clinics and more. Stay tuned!

AVW now seeing VA veterans!

AVW is happy to announce we are ROLLING. All systems go, and AVW is now seeing VA patients. Woohoo! A big welcome to all our new VA patients!

Massage therapy is a proven and non-invasive way of treating and mitigating the effects of chronic pain, headaches & migraines, reducing the necessity for so many pain medications, reducing stress, promoting healthier sleep, reducing muscle tension and so much more. Massage therapy is an invaluable support for those who have dedicated their lives in service.

Thank you to all our Veterans for your service and sacrifice! We are here for you.

Updating AVW booking software: Optimantra

Over the next couple months, Arbor Vitae Wellness will be transitioning to a new booking software company called Optimantra. Currently AVW uses Vagaro.

If you currently have an appointment booked at Arbor Vitae Wellness through Vagaro, at some point in the near future your appointment will automatically be changed over to the new calendar system on Optimantra.

When this occurs you will receive a new appointment confirmation email and will be asked to fill out new paperwork to update with our new system. You will also need to re-input your credit card information, which can always be done at the time of your appointment if you prefer, or you will have the option to do so on your new Optimantra patient portal. Your first email from the new system will have instructions on how to do so.
