Reservation POLICY & Payment

Most clients book sessions in advance, then pay for their service after it is completed (see payment methods, below). You may also pre-pay online for your service(s). In rare cases, pre-payment may be required under certain circumstances, eg. for certain promotional offerings. When booking online we reserve the right to move appointments between providers if necessary.

Your credit card number is required to reserve your scheduled appointment time. You will be provided with your own personal account in Vagaro, booking software, where you may enter your card number and other personal information. You are welcome to pay for your service with cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of your appointment. Card payments incur a 3% service charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the full cost of your scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. No call/No show until 20 minutes after your scheduled start time: You will be charged 100% of the full cost of your scheduled service. If we do not hear from you within three (3) days after your missed no call/no show appointment, we will charge your card on file for the above-mentioned fees. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact you prior to doing so. Exceptions to above policies are made only in emergency situations.

Do you take insurance?

We are partnered with Aetna Insurance group. If your insurance carrier covers massage therapy, we can provide you with a Superbill after receiving full payment from you for services rendered by us. We will then give you a Superbill which you present o your insurance carrier and if they accept it, will reimburse you according to your policy. We have a number of clients who receive coverage and have been reimbursed in this way. There have been cases when clients have not been reimbursed by their providers upon presenting our provided Superbill. Usually in such cases the clients were actually not able to receive coverage for massage therapy under their insurance policy. Regardless of the reasons why, we cannot guarantee your services will be reimbursed by your insurance provider upon presenting you with a Superbill. That is between you and your insurance provider.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We offer gift certificates that can be purchased for a dollar amount or for a specific service, and are valid for one year from purchase date. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Packages

From time to time we offer package sessions at a discount rate when purchased in advance. Packages are good for same type of service only. Packages may be shared with immediate family members only (spouse, children, parents). All packages expire after one year of purchase. Some packages expire sooner. Unused packages sessions after expiration become void. Only one package session may be booked per week (i.e. multiple package sessions may not be used in the same week between shared parties).

CHECK-IN

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session start time. Please wait in the waiting-room prior to your session and your service provider will come out to meet you. Bathroom is available inside.

Location

Brunswick office: We are located inside the side entrance of the Parkview Professional Building at 331 Maine St. in Brunswick ME. There is ample parking around the building. Please consult a map of the area prior to your appointment.

Yarmouth office: Suite #1 in the Cyrus Foss Sargeant House, 253 Maine St., Yarmouth ME. Building is located directly adjacent to the InterMed health center. Ample free parking surrounds building. Handicapped accessible. Comfortable waiting room, amenities inside.

Providers

Provider(s) are state licensed and insured. We stay up to date with the latest research on bodywork and somatic therapy.

MINORS

If you are under 18 years old or wanting to book a session for someone under 18, parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver and be present either in the treatment room or in our waiting area for the duration of the session.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We reserve the right to update and/or amend these Terms and Policies at our discretion, at any time.

If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. The Software is made available for downloading solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement.
