Greetings!
We hope this finds you cozy and well as we approach the Winter Solstice. It was lovely to get a dusting of snow recently, and although the rain took it all away again we are looking forward to the season where everything slows down in nature.
We fully transitioned into our Brunswick office at the beginning of December and although we dearly miss our neighbors in South Portland, we are so very happy to now be fully established in Brunswick. Our office is in the Parkview Professional Building next to Mid Coast Parkview Health. It feels great to be able to focus our energies in one location and further empower the gifts we seek to provide our communities.
This month’s newsletter introduces our 2022 weekly schedule (open on Sundays!) and announces our Monthly Nature Walks beginning January 22nd, our upcoming Vision Quest next spring, and has info about our healing clinic scholarship fund. We also offer some great gift ideas! You can make a donation to our healing clinic scholarship fund, purchase our packages which are still on sale, and last but not least you can give the gift of health and wellness this season with our gift certificates!
Life is all too short. We often get so caught up in the flurry of things that we forget to slow down and breathe in the love we have for each other. Stay safe and enjoy the company of your loved ones wherever you find yourself this season.

We offer scholarships for clients who are called to receive this powerful work but need financial help. If you would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund you can do so by contacting us anytime or when you come in for your next session, or via our Venmo link, @arborvitaewellnessme.

Monthly Nature Walks
Join us the 3rd Saturday of each month* for an engaging, fun, and experiential time in nature. Nature holds the key to all healing, and it is here that we will expand our senses and learn to read the landscape like an open book. Our primary focus will be on tracking, and you will learn how to identify various animals by the signs they leave behind and learn what these tells us about the maker.

Vision Quest: May 2022
We are gearing up for our next Vision Quest in May 2022 in Midcoast Maine.
Do you feel at an impass in life? Do you feel a calling to ‘something more,’ but feel blocked by old habitual patterns? Do you seek a deeper connection with the earth and the energies of life?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, the Vision Quest may be for you. It is an opportunity to hear the voice of your heart without the distractions and chaos of daily life. The Vision Quest is where we ask ourselves what we truly desire in life, what we’re really working toward, and allows us to confront those areas of self that must shift in order for these things to manifest - all while held in the healing sanctuary of nature.
The core of the experience is four days and nights solo out in nature. The full program lasts eight (8) days. People from all different backgrounds, ranging in age from 16-90+ have Quested in this way. No prior experience camping is necessary.
