Bridge sessions are ideal if you are struggling with chronic stress, anxiety or chronic muscle tension. We integrate principles of mindfulness, breathwork and integrative healing along with core elements of massage therapy for a truly transformative experience.
Bridge sessions are individualized to your specific health concerns and needs. Your provider combines targeted therapeutic massage, guided breathwork, and harnesses your intentions to release stress held in your body and psyche.
These sessions are an intention-based approach to balance your entire being, including your muscles/fascia, nervous system, and endocrine systems.
Sessions include massage therapy targeted to specific areas of tension (physical sites of stress) and often include some degree of dialog and ‘energy work.’ Sessions go beyond deep relaxation and move you into a dynamic liminal space where healing can occur and awareness can flourish.
