Zeb recently returned from North Carolina where he helped teach a class that looks at the intersection of tracking and our psychology. He is excited to (finally!) be bringing this work into the Yarmouth studio via Bridge and NIASZIIH healing sessions. By bringing in the earth in a real and tangible way, you have the opportunity to see how the earth responds to your track.
And finally, we are excited to announce our annual Vision Quest will be held September 9-16 in Augusta, ME. This ancient ceremony is a sacred time of reflection and introspection within the healing heart of Nature. This profound experience is an 8-day program for adults, the heart of which is a 4-day fast from all things familiar while wrapped in the solitude of nature.

Tracking box
The soils of life reflect who we are, with a clarity that is hard to fathom. With every step we leave behind a mark that records everything about ourselves in that moment. As we shift physically and internally, these changes are recorded in our tracks. By incorporating a tracking box into these sessions you are given another perspective – that of the earth.
Zeb is now offering the option to see your tracks in both Bridge and NIASZIIH healing sessions. It is a way of bringing the earth into your session in a more direct and tactile way. This is done by making a footprint in a specialized box of sand - the tracking box - before and after your session on the table.

The Vision Quest
Do you feel the call for transformation? Do you find yourself at a crossroads in life and are wondering what comes next? If so, consider joining us in September for this sacred and life changing event - the Vision Quest.
The Vision Quest is a time of silent reflection, of looking inward toward what truly matters most in yourself. It is a time of crying up and letting go. In the Quest we strip away all distraction, fast from all things familiar, and in the healing heart of Nature listen to the quiet voice of the heart.
This core of the Vision Quest is a solo-experience of four days and nights alone in the solitude of nature. The full program lasts eight days. Time is spent before the Quest preparing you for your time questing and afterwards you will be given tools to help you integrate your experience back into your life. No prior camping experience is required.
This is the Vision Quest as handed down from Stalking Wolf, through Tom Brown Jr. and subsequently through Malcolm Ringwalt. It is for all people, regardless of background or belief system.
