On taking Insurance
Every Insurance company is different in their considerations of wellness coverage. Certain restrictions may apply, i.e. if you have met your deductable and so on. It is up to you to be sure of these implications before booking a session. We will need a copy of your insurance and drivers license at the time of your appointment, so please be prepared.
If massage therapy is not covered by your insurance, you can always ask if they will accept SuperBills and reimburse you later.
We are excited with this new step in working with the medical field in acknowldging massage therapy as a powerful preventive health measure and therapeutic benefit of stress reduction and overall well-being.
Meditation I
Join your instructor, Zeb Browne on this six-week online program focusing on giving you the tools to create an anchor so you can slip into a meditative state at will. We will also present an introduction to the philosophy behind this dynamic approach to meditation.
Class will meet online every Tuesday, March 9–April 13, from 5:30–7pm.
